How do I download the PDF report?

Generate the PDF from the summary's "Download report" section - what the document contains, where the header data comes from, and what to do about generation problems.

Step by step

1.Open the audit report you want to export (the current one or any from the history).
2.Click Generate PDF - you'll find it in the summary's "Download report" section.
3.The export window shows a content digest (the checkpoint balance: passing / warnings / errors). Confirm generation.
4.In the browser's print dialog choose "Save as PDF" and the file location.

What the PDF contains

The complete audit results prepared for presentation: the Quality score, the summary, checkpoint results by category with problem descriptions and recommendations. The report reflects the audit you generate it from - exporting an archived audit gives you a historical document (useful for "before / after" comparisons).

The report header

The header shows the audited site address (or the GA4 property name), the audit date and the Quality score - it's not data from your profile. On the Agency and Enterprise plans you can replace the standard GA4audit branding with your agency's logo and name - set this up in the dedicated Branding tab (how white-label works).

Generation problems

the PDF is cut off or looks wrong - check the print dialog settings: default scale, backgrounds/graphics enabled,
the button doesn't respond - refresh the report page and retry; for a moments-old audit, wait until all sections finish loading.
