The Profile section isn't just a formality - several fields have real uses for your account and communication.
The fields and their use
•Name - account identification; visible in the app header,
•Company and Role - account context (e.g. in team communication); these don't appear in report exports today,
•Photo - JPG or PNG, max 2 MB; shown in the user menu,
•Email address - sign-in and notifications (changing it).
Report branding is a separate tab
If you're looking for where to set your agency's logo and name for PDF/PPTX exports - it isn't here. Report branding (Agency and Enterprise plans) has its own dedicated "Branding" tab under Profile & settings, with its own logo, name and accent colour (how white-label works).
Privacy
Profile data serves solely to operate your account - full rules in the Privacy Policy and the Security and your data category.
